Companies
Free concierge for companies
- Service and venue-search concierge are 100% free for companies. You only pay the venue or provider for the services in the accepted quote.
- Free access covers the BookAfterwork service, not event services.
- Secure online payment when enabled by the partner; otherwise direct payment under the quote terms. Stripe Connect is optional.
Companies: no subscription or commission
Companies pay nothing to search, request availability and receive quotes. There is no annual licence, no per-seat fee and no minimum volume.

What is instant booking?
You publish fixed-price offers (e.g. “Afterwork for 20 – €25/person”). Companies book and confirm directly, without waiting for a quote. You choose the offers and time slots, and can switch the option off at any time from your dashboard.
Switching plans is easy
Everything happens in your dashboard, under “Pro plan”: “Activate” in 1 click, or “Cancel” in 2 clicks via secure Stripe payment. No commitment or fees: Pro stays active until the end of the paid month, then you automatically return to Discovery.
Running several venues?
Each venue has its own Pro subscription, but the group benefits from centralised billing.
0% commission for all Pro subscribers.
Example: a group of 10 venues pays €89.90 excl. VAT/month, i.e. €1,078.80 excl. VAT/year.

Payment and cancellation terms
Each venue or provider sets its deposit, payment deadlines and cancellation terms. Check the listing and quote before accepting. For an online deposit, refunds depend on the partner’s free-cancellation deadline. After that deadline, the deposit may be retained. Direct-payment refunds are arranged with the partner under the quote terms. If the partner cancels, the deposit is refunded in full and their service fees are cancelled. If the company cancels, the partner’s accepted terms apply.
